HEY HEY!

My name is Evelyn, and my mission is to help people like YOU, Believe In The Impossible.
 

Before I became a weight loss transformation specialist, I had to go through my own weight loss journey. I was overweight growing up. At my heaviest, I was over 190 lbs (86 kg)  and 112 lbs (50.8 kg) at my lightest.

My entire childhood consisted of depression and anxiety due to bullying and being ridiculed for my weight and cultural background.

I NEVER thought it would be possible for me to feel happy, confident or successful, let alone become a fitness competitor.

Little did I know, it WAS possible. My fitness journey began in December of 2012. I read up as much as I could on Bodybuilding.com, blog posts, watched videos, and I did my best to start this lifestyle change.

However, I yo-yo trained AND dieted for 1½ years before fitness became a constant in my life. I would go to the gym everyday for 2 weeks and never step foot in there for 4 months.
